Use Our Online Reservation System to Reserve Facilities
Step 1: Read Policy and Pricing Information
Step 2: Log in with your credentials or Apply to Become a Requester if you are not one already.
Step 3: Wait for your approval email
Step 4: Submit the application a minimum of seven working days prior to the activity. Large events require a minimum of 30 days advance notice.
Step 5: Upload your COVID-19 Safety Guidelines with your facility request.
Step 6: Once approved as a requester, log in to your account to place a facilities request.
Step 7: Provide Current Certificate of Liability Insurance with your requester registration.
Note: Facility/Field use will not be allowed without current liability insurance on file and your COVID 19 Safety Guidelines.
Step 8: Wait for email of approval/denial of your facilities request. To check on the status of your request, log in to your account and click on the request history tab. Please note that the facility use request will be denied if your COVID-19 Safety Guidelines are not included with your request.
Step 9: When a request has been approved, an electronic contract will be sent to the requester. Sign the electronic contract with the pin you created in your account.
